Klaviyo is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives focused on large-scale enterprise engagements. This role involves developing and executing enterprise-level sales strategies in partnership with senior leadership, aligned with product, marketing, and customer success. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coaching seasoned sellers to deliver consistent success, as well as setting and owning the forecast cadence, tracking leading indicators, and driving accountability across the team.

Key responsibilities include helping the team build and manage a rich pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities, enabling deal prioritization, and supporting the closing of high-impact deals. The Sales Manager will identify skill gaps, design and deliver ongoing professional development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth. Additionally, the role requires partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, and Solutions Engineering to ensure a holistic orchestration of enterprise account engagements.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience managing enterprise or strategic sales teams in SaaS, with experience in MarTech, CRM, or e-commerce. They should also have 6+ years of enterprise selling experience into the Fortune 5000, with a track record of exceeding quotas in AI and SaaS solutions. Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate exploration and shorten iteration cycles is important. The candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, be fluent in sales metrics, pipeline health, conversion math, forecasting, and leveraging CRM systems, especially Salesforce. Experience with MEDDPICC and Command the Message sales methodologies is also required.

The base salary range for this position is $168,000 to $252,000 USD annually. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
