As a Sales Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our merchant partner network across Pristina. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, negotiating, and securing partnerships with restaurants and retailers, driving strategic growth in both existing and new operational areas. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing Wolt's presence in the local market.

Your primary responsibilities will include exploring and prospecting the market to uncover untapped opportunities, systematically managing a pipeline of potential partnerships, and initiating engagement with restaurants and retailers that align with Wolt's vision. Additionally, you will assess venue performance to set profitable business terms, conduct negotiations regarding partnership agreements, and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure clear and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, account management, field operations, or sales support. Strong analytical skills to support data-driven sales decisions are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. A high ownership mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, and adaptability in a rapidly changing market are also key attributes. Fluency in Albanian and English is required.
