Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Luxembourg by identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships with local restaurants and retailers. Wolt, a rapidly growing technology company, is dedicated to delivering a wide range of products to customers' doorsteps in minutes. Since our inception in 2014, we have expanded to over 500 cities across 30 countries, and in 2022, we joined forces with DoorDash to further our global reach.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include exploring and prospecting the market to uncover untapped opportunities, initiating engagement with potential partners that align with Wolt's vision, and systematically managing your pipeline to ensure consistent progress. You will assess venue performance to set profitable business terms, negotiate agreements, and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure clear and effective communication.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, account management, field operations, or sales support. Strong analytical skills are essential to support data-driven sales decisions. You should possess the charm, empathy, and honesty to build strong relationships and have a proven track record of making sales and closing deals. An entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability to rapidly changing markets, and fluency in French and English are required; proficiency in Luxembourgish is a plus.
