Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing enterprise-level merchant partnerships within the retail sector. Your day-to-day activities will include building and managing a pipeline of top-tier partners, establishing relationships with C-level executives, coordinating with regional and international teams, and identifying new growth opportunities. You will also lead negotiations regarding partnership terms and leverage product knowledge and data to design tailored acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in enterprise or consultative sales, preferably in FMCG, SaaS, retail, or technology sectors. A bachelor's or master's degree is required, along with proven sales experience and strong C-level negotiation skills. Fluency in Greek and English is essential. The role demands a natural hunter mentality, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
