Sales/Marketing Associate

Latitude Inc. is seeking a Sales/Marketing Associate to join our team in North Wales, PA, or Chadds Ford, PA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on generating leads and developing relationships to drive new business opportunities within our client-focused environment.

The Sales/Marketing Associate will be responsible for standardizing customer experiences, organizing and directing company participation in 7-10 trade shows annually, identifying and pursuing marketing strategies to increase revenue, and ensuring consistent brand management and messaging. Additional duties include contributing to and adhering to the annual marketing budget, managing projects with outside vendors, and understanding key performance metrics to translate results into effective marketing initiatives.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree being a plus. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales is required, with retail experience considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be self-driven to implement marketing initiatives independently, demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality work tailored to our customer base, and have the ability to adapt marketing strategies to changing circumstances.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications. Additional benefits and perks will be discussed during the interview process.
