Sales Operations Associate 業務助理

Lalamove is seeking a meticulous and communicative Sales Operations Associate to support our sales team in Taipei. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of business processes by managing client data, handling financial transactions, and maintaining contract documentation. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.

As a Sales Operations Associate, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and updating corporate client information to ensure data accuracy and completeness. You will handle financial tasks such as reconciling accounts, managing invoices, and responding to inquiries about remittance information, ensuring consistency between business records and financial data. Additionally, you will organize and manage business contract documents, including reviewing, filing, and overseeing their administration. Analyzing client orders and usage patterns to compile relevant data for the sales team will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will assist in optimizing business processes by developing or adjusting procedures as needed to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail and responsibility, capable of effectively managing data and document-related tasks. A sensitivity to numerical data is essential, with the ability to identify and clarify issues through data analysis. Strong communication skills are required to convey information clearly and maintain smooth interactions with internal teams and clients. Flexibility and adaptability are important, as you will need to adjust work priorities and complete tasks in a rapidly changing environment.

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 35,000 to 40,000 TWD, depending on qualifications and experience. Candidates with or without prior experience are welcome to apply.
