AlertMedia is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to develop scalable, technology-driven processes that enhance opportunity management, pipeline visibility, and data quality. This role involves conducting data analyses to inform strategic decisions across the Go-To-Market team and other business areas. The Sales Operations Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership by translating data into actionable insights and recommendations. Responsibilities include leading initiatives to streamline and standardize sales processes, overseeing sales forecasting, territory design, and budgeting, designing and deploying automations to improve productivity, creating real-time reporting dashboards, identifying pipeline risks, improving data quality through automation, evaluating new technologies to enhance sales performance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to optimize the sales team experience.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems, with proficiency in Salesforce and other sales systems such as Outreach, Zoominfo, Qualified, Gong, and UserGems. Advanced Excel skills, a strong analytical mindset, experience in data quality improvement, and designing automations and system integrations are essential. A proactive, collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills are also required.
