Key responsibilities include monitoring sales metrics to identify high-performing regions and underlying factors contributing to performance variations. The role requires active involvement in data analysis and ownership of sales strategy and planning initiatives. The specialist will participate in projects focusing on forecasting, growth and churn strategies, territory optimization, process improvements, and the design of sales incentives. Additionally, the position entails contributing to the annual strategic planning process by recommending go-to-market strategies, team restructuring or expansion, and methods to enhance seller productivity. Regular reporting and presentations to senior sales leadership are also integral to the role.
Candidates should possess experience in Sales Operations or related fields such as management consulting, investment banking, or technology. Proficiency in financial modeling and planning is essential, along with strong analytical skills demonstrated through building business models and conducting complex analyses. Fluency in English is required to effectively engage with international stakeholders. Technical proficiency in Excel is necessary, and familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
