Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our restaurant partner network in Athens, Greece. Wolt is a technology company that began in 2014 with restaurant food delivery and has since evolved into a global logistics platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash, continuing our mission to deliver (almost) everything to customers' doors in minutes.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential restaurant partners through market analysis, cold calls, and on-site visits. You will build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers, present tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with your Area Manager to design strategies and optimize your sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth handover of newly signed restaurants to the onboarding team for activation.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, account management, field operations, or sales support, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is a consultative sales approach with the ability to tailor offerings to partner needs. Fluency in Greek and English is required.
