Salesforce Administrator
As a Salesforce Administrator at PitchBook, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem to drive efficiency and productivity across Sales and Customer Success business functions. You will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance user experience and support our business objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include administering and configuring Salesforce to support various departments such as sales, finance, and customer service. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within Salesforce. Additionally, you will develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows to automate business processes and improve data integrity. Managing user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies will also be part of your day-to-day tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with a Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201). Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud, is required. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings, is essential. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder, as well as a strong understanding of relational databases and SQL queries, will be beneficial.
Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary ranging from $105,000 to $132,000, with a target annual bonus percentage of 10%.
