Salesforce Consultant (LSAP)
The Salesforce Consultant (LSAP) position at Litify is an integral part of the company’s professional services team, supporting law firms and legal service providers to maximize their use of Litify's legal platform, which is built on Salesforce. Litify is a leading legal technology company that offers innovative solutions to streamline operations, case management, and business processes for the legal industry. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to customize and optimize their Salesforce experience, ensuring clients achieve their operational and strategic goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing client business requirements, designing tailored Salesforce solutions, and leading implementations from inception to deployment. Your day-to-day work will include conducting discovery sessions, mapping workflows, configuring Salesforce components, and providing ongoing support and user training. You will regularly collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope, while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and product excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Salesforce platform administration and consulting, with demonstrated experience in end-to-end implementation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Prior experience in the legal industry or service delivery in a SaaS environment is highly valued. Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator or Consultant credentials, are preferred and will enhance your candidacy.
