Salesforce Platform Manager

The Salesforce Platform Manager at Marcus & Millichap will lead the development, administration, and support of the company's Salesforce platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring platform reliability, rapid resolution of complex production issues, and strong governance across Salesforce development, administration, configuration, and integrations. Reporting to the Director of Cloud Operations and Integrations, the manager will play a critical role in delivering high-value projects and maintaining business continuity.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end Salesforce project development from solution design through build, testing, and deployment. The manager will define project scope, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams. Additionally, they will oversee configuration, customization, and development activities, including flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tooling.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce platform management, including development, administration, and support. They should possess strong leadership skills to mentor teams and drive operational excellence. A deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and integration strategies is essential.
