Questel is seeking a Salesforce SI Project Leader/Member to join our team in Chiyoda City, Japan. This role involves localizing, setting up, and customizing our proprietary intellectual property management system for Japanese clients, while facilitating communication with global teams.

Key responsibilities include understanding and executing necessary localization, configuration, and customization tasks for the system's deployment in Japan. The role also involves direct communication with clients and collaboration with international teams, including referencing English documentation and engaging in English communication.

Required qualifications include experience in developing or utilizing intellectual property management systems, or possessing substantial knowledge in this area. Candidates should have experience or significant knowledge of Salesforce projects, system development projects, and accurate communication skills in Japanese.

The position offers a flexible work schedule with core hours from 10:00 to 15:00, and a total of 120 annual holidays, including weekends and public holidays.
