Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)

Axiom Law is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. As a remote position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our CRM capabilities and drive innovation within the company.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, ensuring best practices in design and development, and providing guidance to junior developers. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce functionalities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong background in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems and a solid understanding of Salesforce security and data management are essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are also required.
