Security Officer

Helsing is seeking a Security Officer to join our Munich team, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding our personnel, information, and mission. As a defense AI company dedicated to protecting democracies, we require a professional who can uphold the highest security standards in a dynamic environment.

The Security Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of personnel security, including the administration of national security vetting processes for staff and contractors. This role involves maintaining comprehensive security records, conducting security briefings, and ensuring continuous compliance with personnel security protocols. Additionally, the officer will implement security measures to protect classified and sensitive information under Helsing's control.

Candidates should possess demonstrable experience in a personnel security role, preferably within the UK defense and national security sector. A strong understanding of UK government security policies and procedures, including the Security Policy Framework (SPF) and National Security Vetting, is essential. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are also required.
