Senior Account Executive (All–Source & Defense Intelligence)
Red Cell Partners is seeking a Senior Account Executive specializing in All-Source and Defense Intelligence to drive new business development across military services and Combatant Commands. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from initial customer engagement to contract award, and reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales within the public sector, particularly in the intelligence community.
Key responsibilities include developing territory strategies in collaboration with the Chief Strategy Officer and executive leadership, sourcing and closing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and navigating the acquisition process to secure contracts. The role also entails aligning with available funding, building strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels, maintaining CRM discipline, and providing product feedback to inform engineering and product development.
Candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience in selling technology to the intelligence community, with a focus on new business development. A history of securing first-dollar-in wins, fluency in acquisition mechanisms, and the ability to operate within controlled environments are essential. An active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph is required, along with U.S. citizenship and a bachelor's degree or equivalent operational or military experience.
The compensation package includes a base salary of $185,000, with an uncapped variable component leading to a total on-target earnings of $370,000, plus equity.
