The Senior Accountant will oversee the month-end close process, manage daily accounting operations, and maintain reconciliations of complex balance sheet accounts. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of proactively resolving discrepancies to ensure transaction accuracy. Key responsibilities include account reconciliations, assisting in financial statement preparation, driving process improvements, conducting financial analyses, providing management reporting, supporting treasury functions, and handling ad hoc accounting duties.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with over five years of progressive experience. Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are essential. A CPA designation is highly desired. The target hiring salary range for this position is $71,300 to $83,900 annually.
