The Senior AI Engagement Manager at Komodo Health serves as the primary client-facing point of contact for AI-driven initiatives within the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) team. This role bridges internal product, data science, and analytics capabilities with the strategic needs of clients, working closely with both existing and new customers to integrate Komodo's AI offerings into their workflows. The position is pivotal in delivering measurable value to key strategic accounts and driving renewals through sustained client impact.

Key responsibilities include owning a significant portion of direct project delivery for client engagements, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the AI engagement lifecycle, and leading strategic advisory conversations with senior client stakeholders. The manager will oversee 3-5 concurrent AI engagements, balancing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations across accounts. Additionally, the role involves supporting presales and renewal conversations by bringing credible AI and life sciences expertise to the table, proactively identifying risks and opportunities within client engagements, and contributing to the development of the AI engagement practice by documenting learnings and refining delivery processes over time.

The ideal candidate will have experience in management consulting with a focus on strategic advisory work, preferably at a top-tier or life sciences-focused firm. Direct experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, or broader life sciences clients is essential. Hands-on experience scoping, managing, or delivering AI or digital transformation pilots in a client-facing context is required. Strong executive presence with the ability to lead complex conversations with senior stakeholders, excellent project management skills, familiarity with healthcare data, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a high-growth, ambiguous environment are also necessary.

Komodo Health offers a competitive compensation package, including comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; flexible time off and holidays; 401(k) with company match; disability insurance and life insurance; and leaves of absence in accordance with applicable state and local laws and regulations and company policy. The starting annual base pay for this role ranges from $163,000 to $210,000 in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City, and from $142,000 to $180,000 in all other US locations.
