Senior AI Engineer

The Senior AI Engineer at SecurityScorecard will play a pivotal role in developing AI-driven product features that enhance cybersecurity insights for clients. This position involves working closely with a team dedicated to integrating advanced AI capabilities into SecurityScorecard's offerings, contributing to the company's mission of improving global cybersecurity resilience.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and deploying customer-facing AI-powered features using TypeScript, Go, and AWS. The engineer will architect and implement agentic workflows, LLM pipelines, and intelligent automation to provide actionable security insights. Additionally, the role involves integrating foundation models into existing products, leading architecture and code reviews, and collaborating with product and design teams to create compelling AI-driven experiences.

Candidates should have over five years of professional software engineering experience, with at least two years focused on building AI-powered applications in production. Proficiency in TypeScript and strong backend engineering fundamentals are essential. Experience with distributed systems in cloud environments, hands-on involvement with CI/CD and containerization practices, and a solid understanding of computer science principles are also required.

The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from $160,000 to $185,000 annually, including base salary and bonus. Additional benefits encompass stock options, health benefits, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and tuition reimbursements.
