The Senior Analyst, Finance & Strategy, Marketing role at Wolt is integral to the company's Finance & Strategy organization, specifically within the Marketplace & Consumer line of business. This position focuses on managing the budget, forecasting, and efficiency tracking for Wolt's marketing investments across 22+ countries and three business lines, including Marketplace, New Verticals, and Commerce Platform. Key responsibilities include owning and managing the central Marketing Forecasting Tool (MFT) that serves as the hub for all marketing budget data across 30 countries. The analyst will oversee the monthly closing process for Discounts & Promos and Customer Acquisition Cost, ensuring accurate validation with regional teams. Additionally, the role involves executing weekly forecast uploads to management reporting systems, maintaining the data pipeline for the Global Marketing Weekly Business Review, and addressing budget-related inquiries from marketing teams. A significant aspect of the position is to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, creating a unified source of truth across reporting tools. The analyst will also develop new analytical frameworks, such as Payback/LTV and M2 Retention tracking, and leverage AI tools to enhance team operations.

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management accounting, or finance operations, preferably within a tech company or rapidly scaling marketplace. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-tab models, is essential. Hands-on experience with SQL or Snowflake for writing queries and maintaining data pipelines is required. Applicants should have a track record of independently managing forecasting or budgeting tools and be comfortable with month-end closing processes, including actuals validation and variance analysis. Attention to detail, particularly in identifying and resolving data discrepancies, is crucial. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Python or Google App Scripts for automation, familiarity with marketing finance metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Discounts & Promos (D&P), and unit economics. An interest in AI-assisted workflows is advantageous, with training provided on relevant tools. German language skills and experience in a multi-country or multi-entity finance environment are also beneficial.
