Senior Analyst, Product (Remote)
As a Senior Analyst in Product Analytics at ezCater, Inc., you will be a key member of the Product Analytics team, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, User Research, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Your role will involve leveraging data to drive product innovation and strategic decision-making, ensuring that product and technology strategies are informed by comprehensive analytical insights.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include analyzing all aspects of ezCater’s product and site funnels to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define success metrics, quantify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the product experience. Additionally, you will design and implement experiments such as A/B tests and multi-armed bandit tests to measure impact and uncover areas for optimization.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in quantitative or technical analysis, preferably within product analytics or e-commerce. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis is essential, along with experience in statistical modeling, preferably using Python. Familiarity with site analytics and experimental test design is also important. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively convey data insights to various audiences, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams is crucial.
The compensation package for this role includes a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $146,000 annually, complemented by stock options, 12 paid holidays, flexible paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company matching, health and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, long-term disability insurance, and mental health and family planning benefits.
