Senior Associate eDiscovery, Forensic Technology Services
Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Forensic Technology Services team in San Francisco, CA. This role focuses on providing eDiscovery support to clients across various industries, leveraging advanced technologies and best practices to manage data-based evidence in legal and regulatory contexts. The Senior Associate will serve as the primary contact for projects involving the identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data pertinent to litigation or investigations. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to implement efficient workflows, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, applying quality control measures, and addressing technical challenges to ensure data is discoverable and useful. The role also involves leading a team of eDiscovery forensic data collection engineers and managing end-to-end project execution.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent project management and organizational abilities, and exceptional client service and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, and Brainspace is preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on factors including education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M also provides a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
