Senior Associate, Investment

The Senior Investment Associate at WPP Media is responsible for managing the negotiation, execution, and oversight of digital and integrated video media investments for assigned clients. This role involves providing strategic market insights, monitoring client budgets, and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs). The associate collaborates closely with planning teams to ensure that media buys align with approved objectives and strategies.

Key responsibilities include integrating with communication and strategic planning teams to understand objectives and audiences, participating in vendor selection and request for proposal (RFP) processes, managing negotiations and rate tracking, and overseeing budget management for assigned accounts. The associate is also tasked with building and maintaining relationships with vendors, developing partner scoring models, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance in media buys.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of one year of prior digital or video investment experience is desired. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, solid negotiation abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are also required.
