The Senior Associate, New Business Growth role at Harry's is a pivotal position within the Upstream Innovation team, focusing on identifying and scaling new growth opportunities for the Harry's and Flamingo brands. This role involves managing rapid testing and launch processes for direct-to-consumer products, utilizing direct response advertising to refine product messaging and assess market response. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving strategies aimed at reaching significant revenue targets through innovative approaches.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with insights and product teams to translate consumer sentiment into creative advertising campaigns, rapidly testing and iterating on these campaigns to gather insights on new product offerings, and evolving campaign messaging based on observed results. The role also involves developing and executing testing and learning plans within set budgets and timelines, providing input into go-to-market strategies for new products, and performing daily ad optimizations while monitoring key performance metrics. Additionally, the Senior Associate will manage creative development cycles with designers and copywriters, conduct in-depth channel analyses, and compile industry research to inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of customer behavior and how product benefit messaging influences purchase decisions. They should be intensely data-driven, with a persistent desire to analyze, understand, and take action. A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently are essential, as is comfort with ambiguity and the capacity to implement structure and process as needed. Experience in launching ad campaigns for new-to-market products and an entrepreneurial mindset focused on scalability and profitability are highly valued. Proficiency in Excel and comfort with manipulating raw datasets are required, and experience in B2C digital performance marketing managing Paid Social and/or Google Adwords campaigns is a plus.

Compensation for this position ranges from $90,800 to $113,500 per year, with the final offer based on the candidate's location, skill level, and experience.
