Senior Backend Software Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer to join our Posture and Readiness Pillar, where you will responsible for end-to-end features implementation, testing and delivery that power Semperis's enterprise security and identity products. This is a highly collaborative role requiring both technical excellence and strong cross-functional partnership skills.

What you will be doing:

- Participate in the development of SaaS product helping our customers to protect Microsoft Entra Id, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.

- Be responsible for end-to-end features implementation, testing and delivery.

- Communicate effectively, share knowledge, and drive team success.

- Facilitate innovations, code and architecture improvements, quality / security best practices.

What you will bring to the table:

- 5+ years experience in C# and demonstrated ability to produce production-ready code at a company of similar size and complexity.

- All-around team player who is self-motivated with a high work ethic.

- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

- Experience in enterprise applications and distributes systems development.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modelling.

- Experience with writing acceptance tests.

- Experience with agile development process.

- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
