Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least nine years of related work experience, with a strong preference for those with experience in private equity and healthcare sectors. Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship management (CRM) software is required, along with superior presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $179,000 to $229,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
