Senior Business Process Analyst with AI

The Senior Business Process Analyst with AI at Linklaters will join the Global Solutions team, focusing on transformation and process excellence within an international, cross-functional environment. This role involves independently applying established methodologies to analyze and optimize business processes, aiming to enhance efficiency and standardization across global teams.

Key responsibilities include conducting process mapping and analysis to identify improvement opportunities, defining the scope and timelines for transformation initiatives, and leading root cause analyses to address process inefficiencies. The analyst will also facilitate workshops, develop business cases, and manage the implementation of transformation projects, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations.

Candidates should have over four years of experience in process analysis and optimization within complex, international organizations, preferably in professional services. Proficiency in stakeholder management, continuous improvement methodologies, and change management techniques is essential. A strong command of English (C1/C2) and advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel are required.

The position offers a hybrid work model based in Warsaw, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
