🎯 THE ROLE

As Business Systems Administrator, you will administer and optimize our Hubspot instance. You will be the go-to expert for Hubspot ensuring it is well-configured, well-integrated, and effectively adopted across teams. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the heart of Sales, People, and Finance operations.

💼 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Systems Administration & Ownership

- Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot.

- Maintain data integrity, user access, workflows, and integrations with Hubspot.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and support escalations.

- Partner with Operational stakeholders to map business processes to system capabilities.

- Document configurations, workflows, and training materials as needed.

Reporting & Data Quality

- Clean and organize data (historical and current/future) in Hubspot.

- Define and enforce data governance standards across Hubspot.

- Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies.

Stakeholder Enablement

- Train and support end-users across teams on system usage and best practices.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into Hubspot configurations.

- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical resources.

🤝 WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the Director of Revenue and Finance Operations. You will work closely with the VP of Strategy, Revenue Ops and IT Ops.
