The Senior Business Systems Analyst – CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) will join the Technology and Enterprise Systems team at THE·TEAM, a culture-centric agency serving top athletes, artists, brands, and properties worldwide. This role focuses on administering and enhancing the CLM platform to support efficient contract workflows across sports, entertainment, and cultural sectors.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining workflows, approvals, forms, fields, and business rules within the CLM system. The analyst will support the entire contract lifecycle—from intake through execution, amendments, renewals, and obligations—while ensuring the governance of templates and clause libraries. Additionally, the role involves evaluating and improving system performance by simplifying workflows, enforcing data standards, and ensuring accurate contract data and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience with CLM systems such as Agiloft, Sirion, Ironclad, or Icertis, along with a strong background in business systems analysis or configurable platform administration. Hands-on experience with workflow configuration, process automation, and user support is essential. A solid understanding of data structures, workflow logic, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements is also required.

The position offers a competitive base salary range of $120,000 to $130,000, with potential for bonuses. Compensation is determined based on factors such as market dynamics, location, experience, specialized skills, and level of responsibility.
