THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to help build and scale the legal foundation at Nectar as we grow. In this role, you'll partner closely with sales, product, security, and leadership to support customer contracts, manage legal risk, and enable the company to scale responsibly.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll serve as a trusted advisor across the company. You'll help structure enterprise agreements, guide teams through regulatory and security considerations, and establish legal processes that support Nectar’s rapid growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and partner or reseller contracts
- Partner closely with sales and revenue teams to balance legal risk with business outcomes during customer negotiations
