YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Commercial Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team as we continue our growth journey. In this role, you will influence our legal framework and align our business objectives with legal guidance and hands-on execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement and supply contracts, collaboration agreements, R&D and technology partnership agreements, and other general commercial contracting documents across our business.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders on commercial risk, providing clear, business-oriented guidance and options.
