Signifyd is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join its Legal team, reporting to the Head of Commercial Legal. This role involves reviewing, drafting, revising, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of complex commercial transactions, primarily supporting the global sales team in structuring, drafting, and negotiating go-to-market agreements. The position also includes leading a team of contracts managers who support the Sales organization across the U.S., EMEA, Mexico, and Central and South America. The ideal candidate is a mid-level to senior attorney who enjoys close collaboration with legal and sales colleagues and approaches legal issues practically, with a problem-solving mindset. Experience with payments, fintech, or machine learning is a plus.
