Senior Commercial Manager
The Senior Commercial Manager at ClearScore Technology Limited will lead the commercial strategy for the Canadian marketplace, focusing on partnerships with major banks, financial institutions, and leading fintech companies. This role is pivotal in driving growth and optimizing the marketplace experience for ClearScore users in Canada.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the commercial strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, negotiating commercial agreements, analyzing marketplace performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that drive commercial outcomes. Additionally, the Senior Commercial Manager will oversee the performance and daily management of a Commercial Executive team member.
Candidates should have significant experience in commercially focused roles with a proven track record of delivering results. Strong analytical skills, experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential. Excellent communication skills and experience managing or mentoring direct reports are also important. Experience in strategy consulting, client-facing environments, or consumer finance, fintech, or B2B technology companies is beneficial but not required.
