About This Role:

The Senior Contract Specialist (Oil/Gas, Power Gen, Data Center) will own the procurement and contracting for Crusoe’s large equipment, utilities, and power-generation needs, as well as other major procurement agreements that support data center builds. This is a high-volume, high-impact role requiring strong prioritization and the ability to manage multiple long-turnaround contracts simultaneously. You'll lead commercial negotiations, draft and review complex contract language (AIA agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Master Capital Equipment / Procurement Agreements), and collaborate closely with internal business partners and Legal to finalize and execute agreements.
