Senior Conveyance Paralegal

As a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal at Together, you will be an integral part of our in-house Securities Team, supporting all stages of the conveyancing process from pre-contract to completion. In this role, you will review and assess title documentation, process requests related to loan security, and ensure the sustainability and enforceability of loans post-decision. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risk and maintain accurate security records.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of property titles and Land Registration procedures, experience in commercial property, and legal expertise related to property. Analytical problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.

Together offers a competitive salary between £34,000 and £38,000, with opportunities to complete the SQE qualification.
