Snowflake is looking for a legal leader to help power our global channels and partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel – Technology Transactions and Alliances, this role will lead a small, high-performing team of attorneys supporting Snowflake’s Channels and Alliances organization. You will serve as a strategic advisor to business leadership while directly shaping the legal frameworks that enable key aspects of Snowflake’s go-to-market strategy.

This is a hybrid role based in Menlo Park, CA.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Structure, negotiate, and close agreements with key partners, including reseller, marketplace, and alliance agreements.
- Build and optimize templates, playbooks, documentation, and scalable contracting processes to support high-volume, global channel and partner programs.
- Manage contractual relationships with global system integrators (GSIs) and other key ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, Tax, Sales, and other Legal teams to drive deals and projects to successful completion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple company organizations.
