Day-to-day activities involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches, business development, and compliance strategies.
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and possess active membership in good standing with at least one state bar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of relevant legal experience, including substantial experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department, with a focus on commercial transactions, technology, or SaaS agreements. Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are essential, together with sound judgment in managing legal risk within a dynamic business environment.
