Senior Corporate Counsel

Giga Energy is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support its rapid growth and upcoming IPO. This role involves managing corporate governance, equity administration, financing transactions, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Corporate Counsel will work closely with leadership, finance, HR, and operations to build and maintain the legal infrastructure essential for the company's expansion.

Key responsibilities include overseeing corporate governance across Giga's legal entities, assisting with equity administration, supporting financing transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements, advising on employment law matters, managing outside counsel relationships, and developing scalable legal processes and templates.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and over four years of corporate legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting. Strong generalist instincts, exceptional attention to detail, clear communication skills, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment are essential.
