Senior Corporate Paralegal
The Senior Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Team within Bosch's Home Comfort division, focusing on contract reviews, legal research, litigation support, and daily operational tasks. This role is integral to ensuring efficient and accurate legal assistance across the organization.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and managing standard commercial agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, distributor agreements, and purchasing contracts. The paralegal will conduct legal research on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters, summarizing findings for attorneys. Additionally, the role involves assisting in managing active litigation and pre-litigation matters, coordinating document collection, and supporting outside counsel. Operational support tasks encompass maintaining contract databases, preparing internal guidance documents, and supporting corporate governance activities.
Candidates should have at least five years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm. A strong understanding of contract structures, legal terminology, and common commercial agreement provisions is essential. Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills are required, along with proficiency in document-management and contract-lifecycle systems. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are crucial. A paralegal certificate from an accredited ABA program or a bachelor's degree is necessary.
