Senior Counsel, Commercial - AMER (PST)

ClickHouse, a leading open-source columnar database management system, is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial to join its dynamic legal team. This role is integral to supporting ClickHouse's Americas sales team by reviewing and negotiating customer agreements and providing legal guidance on revenue-generating activities. As ClickHouse continues to expand its commercial legal function, this position offers opportunities to support the APAC region as well. Reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel, the Senior Counsel will play a pivotal role in ensuring legal compliance and facilitating business growth.
