ABOUT POLYMARKET

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast — both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a detail-oriented, business-savvy senior counsel to join our legal team in a supporting role across commercial and corporate matters. - Work alongside senior commercial counsel on more complex or strategic deals, taking on meaningful portions of the work rather than just administrative tasks

- Assist with entity maintenance, board and governance matters, and general corporate projects as they arise

- Help maintain and improve contract templates and internal processes

- Serve as a reliable, responsive resource for the business teams you support

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- JD and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

- Roughly 5-6 years of experience with a mix of firm and in-house time (one year or more...
