Senior Counsel, Global Supply Chain

The Senior Counsel, Global Supply Chain at CoreWeave will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the legal aspects of the company's global supply chain operations. This position is integral to ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations, as well as mitigating legal risks associated with supply chain activities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to support CoreWeave's mission of delivering AI-native cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements related to procurement, logistics, and supplier relationships. The Senior Counsel will also provide strategic legal advice on supply chain matters, including risk management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Additionally, this role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and efficiency of supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing of a state bar. A minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a focus on supply chain, procurement, or commercial transactions, is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of providing practical legal solutions in a fast-paced environment are essential.
