Senior Counsel, GTM Legal

Gong is seeking a Senior Counsel for its Go-to-Market (GTM) Legal team to support its rapidly expanding operations. This role involves leading complex enterprise customer negotiations and scaling a world-class legal function within a fast-paced SaaS environment. The Senior Counsel will collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Deal Desk, Security, Product, Privacy, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to develop commercial solutions that drive revenue while managing legal risks. Additionally, the position includes mentoring junior lawyers and enhancing contracting processes to support Gong's growth.
