ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a unique opportunity to help develop the infrastructure that will make AGI a reality — while helping build a Legal Department from the ground up. As Senior Counsel, Infrastructure at FluidStack, you will be a key member of our growing Legal team, responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements critical to FluidStack's delivery of world-class AI infrastructure. Your work will span data center development and leasing, energy, and supply chain and procurement, among other areas. We are seeking a results-driven attorney capable of operating autonomously in a dynamic environment, partnering cross-functionally to drive transactions to completion, and serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders across the company. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Juris Doctorate degree or international equivalent

- Active license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction, with ability to meet admission requirements as needed

- 8–12 years of sophisticated experience as a practicing attorney, with fluency in areas directly relevant to data center development, including leasing, energy, and supply chain and procurement
