Flagship Pioneering, a bioplatform innovation company headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its expanding Legal Transactions team. This team serves as the strategic legal partner to the Business Development, Corporate Development, and Pioneering Medicines teams, playing a pivotal role in the company's mission to invent and build transformative life sciences companies. The Senior Counsel will report directly to the Vice President of Legal Transactions and will be integral to managing and negotiating complex pharmaceutical licensing and collaboration agreements across the Flagship ecosystem.
