Senior Counsel, Sanctions & AML

SoFi is seeking a Senior Counsel to lead its Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) efforts. This role involves providing expert legal guidance on U.S. economic sanctions and BSA/AML regulations, ensuring compliance across SoFi's diverse financial services. The Senior Counsel will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Compliance, Risk, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Financial Crimes, and will engage with federal regulators such as OFAC, FinCEN, OCC, and the Federal Reserve.
