Senior Counsel (Temporary Maternity Cover)

Authentic Brands Group (Authentic) is seeking a Senior Counsel to provide temporary maternity cover in their New York office. This role focuses on licensing and activating a diverse portfolio of renowned fashion and lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing business objectives with risk management to achieve optimal outcomes. As part of the Legal Department's Business & Legal Affairs team, the Senior Counsel will collaborate closely with business development, brand management, and marketing/production teams, while also engaging with the Intellectual Property Department and other internal units such as Digital, Finance, Communications, and Operations.
