Senior Creative Concept (Mensch)
As a Senior Creative Concept at WPP Media, you will lead the development and execution of cross-channel creative concepts and culturally relevant campaigns within a media agency context. Collaborating closely with media planning teams and other disciplines, you will ensure that all creative outputs align seamlessly with strategic media plans. Your role will be pivotal in driving creative excellence and innovation across various projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing integrated campaign concepts, maintaining consistency and quality throughout all deliverables. You will work collaboratively with experts from departments such as Brand Experience and Social Media to create cohesive and impactful campaigns. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and contributing to the overall development of the creative team. Presenting ideas and concepts professionally to clients during pitches and reviews will also be a key aspect of your role.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in Copywriting, Art Direction, or Concept Development, with a proven track record in creative storytelling and routine camera experience. Strong presentation and argumentation skills in both German (C1 level) and English are essential. A proactive, responsible, and team-oriented mindset, along with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work, is highly valued. Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging trends will be considered a significant advantage.
