(Senior) Data Analyst
Rocket Now is seeking a highly analytical and operationally adept Data Analyst to enhance and scale our delivery driver operations. This role is integral to our mission of providing fast, reliable, and customer-centric food delivery services across Japan. As part of CP One Japan, a subsidiary of Coupang, Inc., you will contribute to the growth and success of Rocket Now by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our delivery processes.
In this position, you will manage and optimize driver operations, including onboarding, activation, and daily performance monitoring. You will design, manage, and evaluate driver incentive programs to improve supply, retention, and efficiency. Additionally, you will identify, analyze, and resolve daily operational issues impacting delivery performance, using SQL to extract, analyze, and visualize operational data to support decision-making. Building dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators related to driver supply, quality, and cost will also be a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Specialist, or in a similar role, with strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis. A proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable operational improvements is essential. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment, and solid communication skills with stakeholder management ability are also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in delivery, logistics, mobility, or marketplace operations, as well as experience designing or managing incentive programs. Business-level proficiency in English is required for this role.
