Senior Data Analyst
Figure is a financial technology company leveraging blockchain, AI, and advanced analytics to transform consumer credit products. The Senior Data Analyst will be integral to the data team, collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to optimize the borrower journey. This role is remote, offering flexibility for candidates across the United States.
In this position, the Senior Data Analyst will design and implement robust data models, monitor the loan application funnel, and develop scalable frameworks to identify and address conversion challenges. The role involves writing high-performance BigQuery SQL, creating intuitive Tableau dashboards, and partnering with Product and Marketing teams to design and analyze A/B tests. Additionally, the analyst will translate complex user behaviors into actionable insights that drive growth and product-market fit.
Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience in data-driven roles within Growth, Product Analytics, or Marketing Science. Proficiency in SQL, particularly BigQuery, and advanced data modeling skills are essential. Experience with Tableau for dashboard creation, a strong grasp of statistical concepts, and an understanding of the lending lifecycle are also required. Effective communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 annually, a 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly, and company equity in the form of RSUs.
